Corp Banca New York has gone live with Thomson Financial's portfolio management and analysis platform, Portia.
The multi-currency Portia system that supports all security types, from common stocks and simple bonds to complex options, floating rate, capitalised and inflation-adjusted securities and mortgage-backed securities.
The vendor also developed and implemented a custom built general ledger interface for the bank. The interface extracts client transaction data from Portia and generates general ledger accounting entries based on customised posting rules.
