Bio I'm one of the co-founders of Beyond, a business transformation consultancy focused on helping financial institutions design and deliver world-class client onboarding and CLM functions. We created Beyond because we wanted to empower these organisations to dramatically increase speed, improve customer focus, reduce risk and ultimately accelerate time-to-revenue. Career History I have worked exclusively with financial institutions to deliver change on the ground. I have held the role of Interim Global Head of Policy for a tier one global bank during a period of major organisational change; led mixed client and consulting teams to deliver global transformation programmes focussed on optimising and modernising client onboarding operational processes and technology; and further led the roll-out of multiple new derivative & conduct regulations across the front office and operations environments.
