The Global Services Group is responsible for delivering a full range of services to SFS clients worldwide across all product lines. Global Services has been formed by merging the existing PerTrac Training and Support group with the CMS Professional Services team, who came to SFS as a result of the acquisition of Whittaker Garnier in January. It also incorporates a new Account Management team that is currently being formed.

We want to ensure that new clients, whether they use PerTrac or CMS, are brought on stream as effectively as possible and that their problems are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. At the same time, we must support our existing base of over 1,800 clients to insure that their needs are being met and that they are taking full advantage of the products they’ve purchased. Jeff’s leadership experience in the software and financial services industries will have a big impact on our ability to realize these goals. One of the first priorities is to increase staff levels to support our rapidly growing customer base and insure that team members are fully cross-trained."

Most recently, Lee served as Director of Implementation Services at Advent Software, a one billion dollar publicly traded firm offering applications and services to investment management organizations. During his four years at Advent, Lee managed a team of 40 services personnel responsible for all client implementations in the Americas. Key clients included major asset managers, hedge funds, broker/dealers, and family offices. He successfully led the Project Management, Consulting, and Enterprise Management teams at Advent to exceed forecasted revenue for three years. Prior to Advent, Lee spent nearly two years managing consulting services at Vignette, an Internet services company, and before that almost 10 years at Accenture, where he held a number of management positions in charge of projects for many of the world's largest financial services firms. Lee graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering in 1990.

The creation of the Global Services team and the appointment of Jeff Lee are the latest developments in an ongoing period of dramatic growth and change at Strategic Financial Solutions. A $63 million round of financing from Insight Venture Partners was announced last July, followed by the arrival of Gerald Mintz as the new President and CEO of SFS in September. In January, the company announced its acquisition of Whittaker Garnier, the leading provider of contact and information management software for the alternative investment industry. An expansion of technical support capabilities for SFS clients in Europe and the Middle East was recently announced with the opening of a new London support center.
