This new role will build on the hands-on work in programme management and exceptional operational experience Kohler will support new technology and data capability in the team, and will help facilitate new opportunities in this space for Beyond FS.
Formed in 2018, Beyond FS designs and delivers complex change and transformation, helping financial institutions to improve their operations, drive value from data and technology, implement regulatory change, and tackle financial crime.
Co-founder and Partner, Matt Neill, said: “Our team has grown exponentially in the last few months, and our resolve is as strong as ever - to help financial institutions get ahead of the technological and data issues that keep them awake at night, so they can excel in serving their own customers.
