Insurtech Accelerant names Jay Green global CFO

Accelerant, the insurtech empowering underwriters with superior risk exchange, data analytics, and long-term capacity commitments, today announced that Jay Green will join as Global Chief Financial Officer starting on November 1, 2022.

Green will lead the company’s worldwide financial planning and analysis as well as investor relations and capital markets.

Green joins from Goldman Sachs, where he was Managing Director and Head of Insurance Structured Finance within the Investment Banking Division, leading the team responsible for alternative capital raising and insurance-linked securitization. Before joining Goldman Sachs, he held senior roles in the capital markets divisions of Guy Carpenter & Company and Swiss Reinsurance Company.
