As part of its strategic expansion plan, Zolve, a neobank providing cross-border financial services, today announced the appointment of Douglas T Hamilton as its Chief Compliance Officer. In addition, the company is seeking talent for multiple positions across teams in India and the United States.

With more than two decades of professional experience, Hamilton will play a key role in strengthening compliance and contributing to Zolve’s business growth and expansion. He was previously employed with Gemini Constellation as Director, Consumer Lending Compliance, and has also led teams at BlockRize, Petal Card and American Express. A graduate of Cornell University’s SC Johnson graduate School of Management, Hamilton specializes in consumer lending laws and compliance, risk management, and credit analysis.

“I am excited to join a highly dynamic and vibrant team at Zolve, which is at the cusp of a new chapter in its journey of growth and innovation. Compliance is an integral part of the financial ecosystem, and I look forward to applying my expertise and learning in this area to contribute to the company’s vision of providing hassle-free financial services to global citizens,” said Hamilton, commenting on his appointment.

Zolve Is Hiring
Zolve is currently looking for innovative and dynamic professionals to fill the roles of Customer Support Head; Customer Support Agents; Senior Product Analyst; Product Manager, Fraud & Risk; Head, Credit & Risk; and Collections Lead, among others. Zolve also seeks candidates for marketing and Credit Risk Data Science roles.

Explaining the company’s hiring plans and recent appointments, Raghunandan G, Zolve’s Founder & Chief Executive Officer, said, “Being a dynamic solutions and services provider in the FinTech space, Zolve is always on the lookout for talented and dynamic professionals. We are currently looking for candidates to join our teams in the US and India. Douglas T Hamilton’s recent appointment as Chief Compliance Officer has further strengthened our core team. We welcome him onboard and look forward to having more new colleagues in the coming weeks and months.”

Zolve’s recent momentum demonstrates a clear need for a strong executive bench. In addition to onboarding Anandapadmanabhan Ramabhadran from the Boston Consulting Group to drive business and growth, the company also announced its Campus Ambassador Program early this month to promote financial freedom for students across the US.
