Cecilia started her career as a strategy consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners, where she specialised in revenue growth for digital businesses. She has since held leadership roles with Paddy Power Betfair across strategy, product, and commercial, and was instrumental in leading the expansion of Betfair in Latin America. Most recently, Cecilia held the position of VP Revenue Strategy & Operations at WorldRemit, a leading cross-border payments fintech headquartered in London.
