AppOne reports new hires

AppOne, a Baton Rouge, La.-based financial technology services company, announced the addition of four new employees: Thomas Fields, Sherri Alonzo, Penny Bearb and Morgan Mickleberry.

Fields joins AppOne as business development manager where he is responsible for sales, new territory development and existing dealer accounts management. Previously, Fields was a finance manager for an automotive company where he maintained relationships with multiple lenders, determined appropriate finance options and managed financing arrangements for purchases.

Alonzo and Bearb join AppOne as documentation specialists. In this position, they are responsible for ensuring that contract packages from dealers are conforming to the lenders' requirements. They also conduct audits and interviews to safeguard against straw purchases, identification theft and misrepresentations. Previously, Alonzo served as lease retention adviser and lease termination coordinator for Torrence, Calif.-based Toyota/Lexus Financial Services. Prior to joining AppOne, Bearb served as a loan processor for Kansas City, Kan.-based Novastar Home Mortgage where she handled loan closings.

Mickleberry joins AppOne as a technical support analyst to provide software assistance to both dealer customers and employees. Her previous work experience includes overseeing inventory control, quality assurance and customer relations.
