Optimum Finance appoints Vicky Williams as new CFO leading to 60% women majority on board

Specialist SME invoice finance company Optimum Finance has recruited Vicky Williams as Chief Financial Officer.

Following the appointment of CTO Gordon McIntosh in March this year, the new member of management fills the final slot in the Senior Leadership Team, with women holding a 60% majority.

Vicky comes to Optimum Finance from the role of Group Finance Controller for Newport based Propel Finance. She has over 17 years of experience in senior finance positions with a focus on supporting high growth organisations.

On her new role, Vicky said “I’m incredibly excited to be joining the team at Optimum. I have been impressed by the drive and ambitions of the business, the people and the commitment from the shareholders. I have a history of working with high growth businesses and from what I’ve already seen, I’m expecting Optimum to be the best yet!
