Mr. Woodruff spent over three years at Reuters where he was Executive Vice President of the Hedge Fund and previously the Institutional Equities division, where he oversaw global order routing, brokerage strategy and regulatory impact based in London. Woodruff joined Reuters through the Bridge acquisition where he ran Bridge's Internet products division, launching BridgeChannel and the Office based BridgeInsight, and ran marketing in Europe in his ten year tenure with Bridge. Woodruff was previously a derivatives trader with Mizuho Bank and position trader and researcher with JP Morgan Chase.

"The needs of the fund manager and analyst were not being fully served by the products on their desk. While access to vital corporate, individual, and firm wide data has increased, the intelligent storage and logical filing and retrieval of this information has not kept pace. I joined Code Red because they have solved this customer problem, reducing the clutter and improving informed decision making. Their innovative development, impressive customer roster, and agility are what drew me to Code Red."

Code Red's primary offering is Red Alerts, a global multi-asset class research management system (RMS). The suite of applications works seamlessly with Office and Adobe, intelligently tagging and notifying customers of changes to their positions and watch list. Red Alert's email listener, combined with built in notification and reporting services is helping asset managers reduce the time spent on compliance activities and mine for information quickly, simplifying workflow and helping with informed investment decisions.
