Based in London, reporting to the Company CEO Ron Zeghibe, Sheppard will predominantly focus on the flourishing EMEA and APAC business.

Neil Sheppard brings over thirty years of experience in securities processing management, with specific expertise in corporate and class actions, data management, product and service delivery and proven executive business leadership. Prior to joining Xenomorph, he was Managing Director at FIS’ XSP, consistently delivering strong growth and successfully seeing the company through the SunGard acquisition in 2012, and a larger scale merger into FIS in 2015. Prior to that at Magenta One Ltd., where he was responsible for developing its Securities Class Actions business globally focusing on the company’s operational infrastructure, product development and the sales and marketing strategies. Sheppard has held other Senior positions, within the financial services sector at Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS), Morgan Stanley and Citigroup.
