CacheMatrix appoints Matt Crooks CTO

CacheMatrix Holdings, LLC, a leading provider of institutional money market fund trading technology to banks, today announced the appointment of Matt Crooks as Chief Technology Officer.

In this role, Crooks will be responsible for oversight of all technology development efforts at CacheMatrix. He will also determine the company's strategic technology direction, and lead coordination of all project management and client delivery/implementation efforts.

Prior to joining CacheMatrix, Crooks worked at both Berger Financial Group and Janus, Inc. At Berger, he was the Director of e-Service, Project Management and Business Analysis, where he led the development of new Web site trading functionality; sales commission systems; mutual fund consolidations; company wide vendor management; and numerous other projects.

At Janus, Crooks was the Vice President of e-Service/Business Projects, and was instrumental in sponsoring, managing and implementing numerous projects. During his tenure, he led more than $20 million worth of development projects, and oversaw all Transfer Agency project management and vendor management.
