Robert Styles has been appointed as Sales Manager covering UK and European activities, and Jermaine Mitchell joins as Senior Associate. Robert reports to Jonathan Hicks, Global Sales Director.

Robert and Jermaine both bring many years of experience to Milestone Group's operation in the UK. Robert has worked for suppliers of software solutions to investment managers since 1990 in sales management and relationship management roles. Jermaine has worked as an application and business specialist for Financial Models (then SS&C Technologies) since 1998. Prior to SS&C, Jermaine worked as a senior fund accountant with INVESCO Perpetual.

Robert and Jermaine will be responsible for introducing the pControl technology solutions into the UK and wider European markets.

The flagship pControl solution is an automated rules-based business application platform that fully automates the overall daily funds processing cycle. Comprehensive support is provided for all activities including system integration, cash and stock reconciliation, unit pricing, pre and post - pricing validations, cash allocations, interfunding and rebalancing, distributions and unitised order management.

This unique approach has gained a high level of market attention as regulatory interest intensifies on operational transparency and risk management.

Jonathan Hicks, Global Sales Director of Milestone Group said, "We are extremely pleased to have attracted such experienced and well-respected people to springboard our UK activities. Our timing is perfect as the market demand is evident for our approach to deliver tangible benefits in funds processing, whilst leveraging from, and protecting, client organisations investment in infrastructure, without the need for the replacement of core platforms."
