Dingley joins singlerulebook.com from CME, where he was Head of Sales of CME Regulatory Reporting. singlerulebook.com is a regtech start-up that organises, links and visualises regulatory knowledge of financial institutions, law firms and regulatory consultancies. The firm was founded by former regulator Wim Nelen and technology entrepreneur Stefan Hendrickx.
