TruNarrative has appointed Michael Roche as General Manager US Markets as demand for the RegTech company’s financial crime and compliance software platform grows from regulated and non-regulated sectors.

Michael will work seamlessly across TruNarrative’s international operations, driving the company’s commercial growth, leading its experienced go-to-market teams, and helping guide the evolution of TruNarrative’s intuitive no-code platform.

Michael Roche, General Manager US Markets at TruNarrative, said: “I am excited to lead our US operations during this crucial growth phase. Financial crime has reached a watershed moment, as demonstrated by the strong demand for our RegTech platform. Banks, lenders, FinTechs and other regulated companies are searching for capable, credible risk and compliance solutions that enable them to smoothly onboard more customers, increase revenue and scale operations.”

Having spent more than 13 years at Visa digital authentication company, CardinalCommerce, and more recently, Vice President of Global Fraud Product at payment processor Elavon Inc, Michael brings a wealth of experience in financial services and risk technology, operational leadership and deep knowledge of analytics.

Discussing the appointment, John Lord, TruNarrative's Chief Executive and Founder, continued:
“We opened our Atlanta office as a ground-up operation. Now, we’ve appointed Michael with his extensive technical and domain expertise to supercharge our US expansion. His experience helping ambitious companies grow is matched by his understanding of risk and fraud solutions. This makes him the ideal business leader to execute TruNarrative’s vision of making safe commerce simple through easy onboarding, smooth transactions and insightful compliance.”

Building on its European success, TruNarrative opened its US operations in response to strong local demand for its RegTech platform. The company’s US headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia’s thriving ‘Transaction Alley’ has been operational since August 2019.
