Catalyst Development appoints Mark Gaunt head of sales and marketing

Catalyst Development, the London-based consultancy specialising in managing and delivering complex change within financial services, has appointed Mark Gaunt as Head of Sales and Marketing.
As the firm is entering a period of planned growth, Gaunt will further develop and extend Catalyst's service offerings, partnerships and client base.
Gaunt brings over 20 years of banking consultancy experience with a focus on programme and project management, banking systems implementation and complex change. Most recently, Gaunt was Board Director for the Buttonwood Tree Group (now AIM listed within the BCS Group) with responsibility for sales and marketing. Gaunt was also previously a board member at TCA Consulting.
