Integral Development Corp. has hired five industry veterans in Business Development, Sales, Finance, Research and Marketing.

Joining Integral are Jay Green, VP of Business Development; Tim Dennis, VP of Worldwide Sales; Curt DiSibio, Chief Financial Officer; Patrick Barkhordarian, VP of Research; and Tim Welsh, Director of Corporate Marketing.

Reflecting the dramatic growth in demand for Integral's FX Inside platform for electronic FX trading and the success of its FX Grid inter-institutional communication network, this talent expansion will position Integral to better serve banks, brokers and hedge funds with the growth and change in their FX trading operations.

Harpal S. Sandhu, CEO of Integral, said, "The success of our products is due in large part to the many partnerships we have built with leading FX banks and institutions. To continue that momentum and to continue to provide the highest level of service and technology support, we are excited to expand our team with experienced talent from some of the best known names in the financial services industry."

"Jay Green joins Integral from Société Générale, one of the largest players in the FX industry, and his experience and extensive relationships will help us to identify and build new business partnerships. Combined with Tim Dennis's sales leadership and many years at Reuters, we have significantly rounded out our business development and global sales efforts," Sandhu added.

"On the corporate side, Curt DiSibio brings an excellent finance background from starting and managing technology firms in Silicon Valley and his experience will be a solid addition to the management team. Tim Welsh brings a deep knowledge base of marketing to the financial services industry from Schwab Institutional and will help us to expand our marketing presence."

Industry experts say that as the global FX industry becomes more complex and competitive, technology will play an even bigger role in managing new business challenges. CEO Sandhu said, "Very few people truly understand the complexity of these changes and how best to serve the leading participants. Patrick Barkhordarian is one of those people and one of the brightest minds in the business. He brings many years of entrepreneurial, technology and capital markets expertise to the firm and will be a real asset not only to us, but also to our business partners."
