Cinnober announces the appointment of Peter Lenardos as the new CFO for the Cinnober Group. Mr. Lenardos is an established professional with extensive experience in the financial sector as both an investment banker and ranked research analyst, with an international network in the institutional investment community, and among global market infrastructure and asset management companies.
He has proven transaction, capital raising, valuation and forecasting capabilities. The change in management takes place as current CFO Ninni Pramdell has announced her intentions to leave the company for other opportunities.
Since April this year, Peter Lenardos has been active as a Senior Financial Advisor to Cinnober, and previously held the position as a Managing Director in the Royal Bank of Canada’s (RBC) London office. At RBC, he established the global market infrastructure and European diversified financials franchises, and brings strong C-suite relationships across the exchange and asset management sectors to Cinnober. Mr. Lenardos will be based in both Cinnober’s London and Stockholm offices.
“Peter has unique experience, knowledge and a broad network within the international finance industry. Peter brings a lot of value to our business, both for the investor community as well as the customer base. Coupled with his deep financial and accounting skills, this means that he is well suited to take on the role of the Group's new CFO and we are very pleased to have him join the management team,” said Veronica Augustsson, CEO of Cinnober Group.
Peter Lenardos was educated in the United States, and is a dually naturalized US and UK citizen. He holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated summa cum laude, and a MBA in finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he graduated with distinction. He has held financial and management positions in both the US and European finance industries.
“I would like to thank Ninni for her time at the company. She has contributed strongly to a further developed and well-functioning financial and accounting function. We wish her all the best in her future challenges,” concludes Veronica Augustsson.
