CJC names Covington and Kozlowski as non-execs; appoints new CTO

CJC, a leading provider of cloud technology, consultancy and managed services to global capital market firms, today announced two new appointments to its board.

Kevin Covington and Tom Kozlowski have been appointed as Non Executive Directors.

Kevin Covington
Kevin has 30 years experience in the financial services industry. He is CEO of technology company Metamako and Managing Director of Change Alley, which provides advisory and consulting services to Fintech clients. Previously, Kevin was CEO of ITRS Group and Head of Strategy, Portfolio and Propositions for BT Global Financial Services. He has ranked in the top 40 worldwide Institutional Investors Trading Technology's most influential people.

Tom Kozlowski
Tom has over 25 years global experience in the investment banking arena, gained within financial institutions, third party vendors and consultancies. He successfully built financial technology firms City Practitioners which he sold in 2007 and more recently Cowrie Financial. Other board positions include Chairman of Form3 Financial Cloud, Board Advisor to Billon Cash and Chairman of Legerity.

CJC has also promoted Peter Williams to Chief Technology Officer. Peter has been with CJC for 10 years and has nearly two decades experience in the finance industry. His promotion from Senior Technical Director to CTO will see him take responsibility for developing strategic customer-focused solutions to clients around the world. Peter will also provide global oversight of engineering research and development and continue to develop CJC’s Cloud Platform and other innovative products that transform and optimise customers’ commercial processes, data operations and regulatory obligations.

Peter Williams takes over the role of CTO from co-founder Paul Tomblin who becomes Chief Information Officer (CIO). Paul will be focusing on the management and delivery of CJC’s growing portfolio of products, services and cloud infrastructure that facilitate global digital change and transformation.
