SIX adds Credit Suisse's Urs Beeler to board

At the Annual General Meeting on May 19, 2017, the shareholders of SIX elected Urs Beeler to the Board of Directors of SIX as the representative of Credit Suisse. Urs Beeler is Head Sales & Trading Services and member of the Executive Board of Swiss Universal Bank, Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG. He has many years of experience in trading and asset and liability management at Credit Suisse, where before being appointed Head Trading Switzerland in 2015, he managed the area of Fixed Income Trading Switzerland starting in 2008. He has a strong educational and training background in banking and finance, and from 2013 until his appointment to the Board of Directors of SIX, he was also a member of the Regulatory Board of SIX Exchange Regulation.
