Mozido names Vince Padua EVP, product and development

Mozido, a global provider of trusted digital commerce and payment solutions, today announced that Vince Padua has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Product and Development effective immediately.

"Vince has a demonstrated track record of finding product and market fit by innovating and transforming technology into high growth businesses. As a key leader on the Mozido team, his insights, experience and industry knowledge will successfully drive us into the future."

With over 15 years of experience driving innovation within companies including IBM (Watson and Tivoli), Dell, and Intel, Padua brings a track record of outstanding innovation and successful product and platform introductions. Within IBM Watson Group, Padua was most recently responsible for leading the development and strategic deployment of IBM Watson platform and products. Transforming client engagement focused on client and business outcomes supported by machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cognitive computing, Padua drove outstanding incremental growth in addition to successfully designing, building, and delivering the Watson Developer Cloud that now serves as the basis for the IBM Cognitive Business strategy.

Padua has also held various leadership and founder roles in commerce start-up's. IPivot, an innovator in payment commerce, was acquired by Intel in 1999. Furthering the innovation in the commerce space, Padua founded WireCACHE in 2001, successfully delivering the industry's first transparent web application accelerator.
