Orc Software appoints three MDs and a sales director

Peter Sibirzeff has been appointed Managing Director of Orc Software USA. Peter joins Orc Software from Neonet Securities, London where he held the position as Country Manager. Previous to Neonet Peter worked as Executive Vice President at Jiway Holding Ltd and was a member of the Executive Management Team. He was also responsible for founding the US subsidiary of Hagströmer & Qviberg, a market making equity brokerage firm.

Anders Bruzelius has been appointed Managing Director for Orc Software's operation in the Nordic region. Anders joins Orc Software from Handelsbanken Capital Markets where he has served for the past 9 years in a number of different capacities, most recently as head of stock lending and repo trading. Anders has also held a position as Sales Manager of fixed income products to larger institutions. Prior to Handelsbanken Anders was one of the founders of Aragon Securities, a Swedish brokerage firm.

Matteo Carcano has been appointed new Managing Director for Orc Software Italy. Matteo joins Orc Software from the OMHEX Group where he held the position as General Manager of the Italian operation. Previous to OMHEX Matteo was a Manager with the Order Routing Services Group, SIA/Cedborsa S.p.A.

Mark Thornberry has joined Orc Software as Sales Director in London. Mark brings a wealth of ISV business development and sales experience to Orc Software. At the end of 1997 he joined Trading Technologies as UK Managing Director, setting up the London office. As a member of the Global Executive Management Team, he also took the company into other European markets. Prior to joining Orc Software Mark was Business Development Director for the Brussels headquartered equities software house, Tradeware S.A.
