Rival Systems (“Rival”), a provider of comprehensive technology solutions for professional derivatives traders, today announced the appointments of Natasha Solis as Director of Sales and Business Development and Sara Goodman as Director of Marketing.
As Rival prepares for the official launch of its low-latency derivatives trading and risk management platform later this year, Solis and Goodman will develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy.
“We’re very excited to have Natasha and Sara join the Rival team. Their experience in the trading industry and knowledge of trading software are extremely valuable as we build our sales and marketing strategy. Our initial users have already validated the speed and performance of the Rival platform against other systems in the market. Now we look forward to building the Rival brand and establishing relationships with professional trading groups across the industry,” said Robert D’Arco, CEO of Rival.
Natasha Solis brings a broad range of experience across the financial services industry. Most recently Solis was a Sales Director at Orc where she played a vital role, building a strong revenue base for the company through her expanded network of professional and institutional trading groups. Previously, Solis was a Sales Director for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and Whentech, and held Vice President of Sales roles at Jeffries Bache and Advantage Futures. Natasha understands the features and performance that traders demand of their trading systems and is excited for the opportunity to sell a solution that will exceed their expectations. As Director of Sales and Business Development at Rival, Natasha will be responsible for building the company’s customer base and establishing key partnerships with industry leaders.
Sara Goodman’s global industry knowledge and skill set, along with her ability to brand and market from the ground up, made her the ideal candidate for Rival’s Director of Marketing. She most recently was the Director of Sales and Marketing with Born Technology, focused on the Chicago and London markets. Prior to that, Goodman led the European marketing for RTS Realtime Systems (a Bloomberg company) in Frankfurt, Germany. She began her marketing career with Advantage Futures, a futures clearing merchant in Chicago. Goodman will develop and execute the branding and strategic marketing plan for Rival.
