Morphis today announced the appointment of Gary Faulkner as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, and Alif Rahman as President and Chief Technology Officer.
Morphis, a Texas-based company with offices in Houston, Dallas and Dhaka, Bangladesh is the world leader in ATM, banking and armored carrier software. Morphis products are in use world-wide by central banks, commercial banks, armored carriers, independent ATM deployers and transaction processors.
Faulkner has been on the board since it’s inception in 1999 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer since 2004.
Rahman is a co-founder of the firm and as president will assume responsibility for day-to-day operations of the company.
Doug Deitel, former President & CEO, retired last month after 11 years of service.
