Algomi's Stu Taylor takes non-exec role at Baymarkets

Baymarkets AB, the specialist OTC derivatives, fixed income and commodities market systems provider, today announced that it has appointed Stu Taylor, CEO of Algomi as a non-executive Director.

Prior to co-founding Algomi, Stu was Managing Director, Global Head of Matched Principal Trading in Fixed Income at UBS where he led market structure changes in a variety of Fixed Income contexts and on a global scale including launching UBS PIN-FI, the first systematic internaliser model in Fixed income.

Commenting on the appointment, Peter Fredriksson, CEO of Baymarkets said: "The management of Baymarkets are delighted to welcome Stu to the team. His reputation and track record in the Fixed Income sector is widely recognised in the marketplace and his enthusiastic input will be a tremendous asset to the company as we continue to build our presence across Europe."
