Etrali Trading Solutions, the global IT integrator for trading, strengthens its position in financial markets by appointing key leaders with outstanding backgrounds.
Mike Sabatier, formerly of Société Générale, joins as VP of Operations for France. Mike will be responsible for implementing the company's service strategy in the region as well as managing operations and client services. Rafael Bloom joins as Product Manager for Voice Recording and Analytics. Rafael's role will focus primarily on voice recording within the compliance team, ensuring customers understand and manage any regulatory risk impacts.
Both bring first hand industry expertise with an understanding of how the trading landscape is evolving. Their experience provides deep insight into Etrali Trading Solutions clients' challenges and requirements. As the new generation of traders are turning to digital technology, Mike and Rafael's knowledge and skills in this area will deliver significant value to clients.
For the last three years, Mike was the Global Deputy Head for voice communication services at Société Générale, Paris, developing an in-depth knowledge of banking institutions, focused on the operations for retail, corporate and investment banking environments. He was charged with improving the bank's retail banking telephony service and deploying one of the largest trading floors equipped with Etrali Trading Solutions' Open Trade technology. Mike has also worked at Crédit Agricole and has built vast client side experience over the years.

Rafael is a specialist in sales, marketing and international business development. For the last four years, he has lived and worked in Israel as a business development and marketing consultant. He covered diverse industries, from healthcare to homeland security and private wealth management, before working for NICE Systems Ltd, as an enterprise solutions expert. Rafael began his career at Bloomberg in London, working across the organisation in sales and product marketing roles.
