Michael joins Ariel from X Open Hub where he was Manager of Institutional Sales for over a year. Prior to that, he spent four years at Saxo Bank where he held a number of sales and customer support roles.

According to Simon Cox, CEO of Ariel, "As we continue to expand, develop our product portfolio and drive the business forward, we needed to create a new, senior sales role to ensure we maximize all opportunities. We are delighted to welcome Michael to the team. He has strong industry knowledge, excellent contacts and a genuine belief in the strength of our products. I am confident that he can help us to achieve our ambitious growth plans."

Michael Quirk adds, "This is a great opportunity for me as I am very impressed by Ariel's technological capabilities and believe that Ariel products meet all the needs of a broker. Ariel iTrade is the perfect choice for brokers looking for an additional platform to MT4 and I am looking forward to playing a key role in helping with the company's expansion plans.

"One of my early areas of focus will be on the South-East Asian market. I will be looking to strengthen and build on our partner relationship with IFIS, and look to leverage Ariel's work on back-to-back-to-back distributed trading systems with larger brokers across the region."

Ariel's iTrade enables trading of margin FX, CFDs and Financial Spread Betting. The multi-asset trading platform is built on a modular system and can be customised to meet client requirements.
