Capco appoints Phil Walton as global client partner

Capco, the global business and technology consultancy dedicated solely to the financial services industry, today announced that Phil Walton has joined Capco as a Global Client Partner in the banking practice and is part for the Global Financial Institutions segment of FIS.

Walton joins Capco with more than 25 years of experience working with global financial services and technology organizations, focusing on the major challenges for institutions including: customer relationship management (CRM), consumer banking, credit card processing and investment management.

Previously, Walton was a Vice President in Hewlett Packard's Enterprise Group, responsible for managing global financial services accounts. Prior to that, he served as CEO and President of Adaptivity, a software and services company focused on driving efficiency and cost savings in the application-development lifecycle and cloud readiness ecosystem. Walton was a VP at IBM and Partner at PwC Consulting driving key banking value propositions into the consumer banking divisions of some of the largest US Banks. His career includes senior positions with several banks including Huntington National Bank, Old Kent Bank and National City Corporation.
