Credorax, the smart high-tech acquirer, today announced that it has appointed Koen Vanpraet as its Chief Commercial Officer.
In this new role, Mr Vanpraet will continue to build and enhance Credorax's business growth and market share in Europe, Asia and North America.
Prior to joining Credorax, Koen served as the Chief Commercial Officer at GlobalCollect, a payment service provider that processes payments for over 600 of the world's most recognised brands. While at GlobalCollect, Koen played a critical and direct role in customer acquisition and retention with several of the company's marquee brand clients, including Emirates, Levi's and Sony BMG Music Entertainment.
Koen also held senior-level executive positions in global organisations, including Easynet Global Services, Hewlett Packard and Xerox. At each, he focused on new business development, go-to market strategies and implementation, as well as client advocacy.
"With our current endeavours in Europe, the US, China and Japan, Credorax is at the cusp of becoming one of the world's first global-domestic technology acquirers," said Benny Nachman, CEO of Credorax. "Koen's international business acumen, proven sales and marketing track record in different regions and deep technological knowledge, means he is the perfect choice to implement our commercial strategies on a global scale."
"Credorax's recent and rapid business growth, unique and passionate client service, as well as unparalleled internal talent across the entire organisation are what collectively inspired me to join the executive team," said Koen Vanpraet, CCO of Credorax. "I believe my expertise in sales acquisition, new market and product development and most importantly, customer advocacy, will when combined, further enhance Credorax's already successful growth in the global online payments arena."
