Ido Gileadi appointed chief information officer at FIS

FIS™ (NYSE: FIS), the world's largest provider of banking and payments technology, today announced Ido Gileadi as the company's new Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Gileadi comes to FIS from Capco, FIS' global business and technology consultancy, where he successfully structured and delivered large transformation deals that incorporate consulting, solutions and services. He joined Capco in 2004, holding numerous leadership roles, including head of Capco's India and Canada operations, where he drove rapid growth and operational stability. He also served as vice president of online channels and head of technology shared services with TD Financial Group. Gileadi served as CEO of Capco North America from 2008-2009.

Co-author of FIS' premier thought-leadership piece "The Industrialization Realization" and the IT textbook "Patterns for Performance and Operability," Gileadi previously served as CIO of BCE Emergis and held various consulting roles with Deloitte Consulting.

Gileadi holds a bachelor's degree in Science (physics and computer science) from Tel Aviv University.
