As a result of demand from its existing client base, Simplex has decided to provide a dedicated full service recruitment offering, catering for both temporary and permanent hires.

The recruitment division will work alongside Simplex's existing professional services consultancy business but will cover a wider scope, with clients being focused predominantly in the City. Alongside this new division, Simplex will continue to develop and grow its existing business of providing high quality systems implementation services, focusing on middleware and evolving STP and exception based processing solutions for customers in the financial services markets.

Heading up the new recruitment division will be Dan Collier who brings over seven years of recruiting experience from a contingency and search focused background.

Simplex has a history of providing highly qualified specialists for its consultancy business and is now looking to mirror this in providing an equally high standard of service within the traditional recruiting market.

Philip Walsh, Marketing Director for Simplex said: "Simplex's move into recruitment is a natural extension of what we have been doing successfully for quite some time: providing clients with key resources for business-critical projects. We look forward to welcoming Dan Collier to our team where he brings specialist recruiting experience that we believe will enhance Simplex's already strong standing in the financial services marketplace."
