Sequel today announce that Peter Droussiotis will be joining the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director on 1st July 2013.
Peter is Chairman and Managing Director of corporate finance advisory and management consultancy PGD Strategy which he founded in September 1999. Prior to that he worked in corporate finance and legal affairs in leading UK and international firms. He has a strong background in insurance.
