Accourt Limited, a leading provider of consultancy services to the financial services industry, announced today that Darren Laws has joined the company, as a Partner in the business.
Darren has over 20 years of global payments and card experience, including 12 years at NatWest Bank where he specialised in corporate lending and cards before moving to MasterCard in the US. At MasterCard Darren managed one of their flagship consulting practices working with clients in all major territories around the world specialising in card operations and risk management. More recently Darren successfully managed Best Buy's retailer Financial Services business across their US market and their international interests including China, Mexico and UK.
A significant proportion of Darren's time has been spent working internationally and his deep experience in retailer payments, card issuing and card scheme management enables Darren to bring a wealth of practical payments knowledge and experience to each client engagement and discussion.
