Wall Street Network Solutions (WSNS), a leading provider of high performance network solutions to the global financial community, has added Frank Ruggiero as Managing Director, Engineering and Operations.

Mr. Ruggiero has held leadership positions in several financial, network services and technology companies during his decades-long career. He was with Bear Stearns & Co. for thirteen years and served as Managing Director, Global Transport Services, with responsibility for vendor management, carrier engineering/provisioning and WAN/MAN engineering. He held the role of VP, Vendor Management/Program Development for Enterprise Infrastructure Services, where he managed the company's extensive partner program. He has also served as a sales engineer at MCI Communications and IBM during the early part of his career.
