IFDS names Florence Denis COO, Luxembourg

International Financial Data Services (IFDS), the international investor outsourcing services and transfer agency joint venture between State Street Corporation and DST Systems, Inc., announced today that Florence Denis has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Luxembourg operations.

Florence, along with Kate Brady, who was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the Ireland operations in 2011, will report to Paul Kelly, Head of Transfer Agency - Ireland and Luxembourg.
Prior to joining IFDS, Florence was an Executive Director at JP Morgan Worldwide Securities Services. Florence has also held senior positions within JP Morgan Investor Services and Private Banking divisions, as well as Deutsche Bank, Bank of New York and Euroclear.

The IFDS group of companies, along with State Street, provides market-leading investor outsourcing, transfer agency, wealth management and insurance and pension record-keeping solutions for a wide range of financial institutions, distributors, advisors and investors in Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Singapore, Switzerland, the UK and the US.
