Calypso Technology, the global capital markets platform provider, announced today that it has appointed Suresh Thekkenmar as its Senior Vice President of Customer Services.
In this role, Mr. Thekkenmar will be responsible for the Global Customer Services organization that provides all post-sales services to customers, including the Professional Services and Product Support groups. Mr. Thekkenmar will report directly to Kishore Bopardikar, President and CEO of Calypso.

Suresh brings to Calypso over 20 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Calypso, Suresh served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Institutional at SS&C Technologies, Inc., a provider of highly specialized software, software enabled-services and software as a service (SaaS) solutions to the global financial services industry. In that role, he was responsible for support services for all institutional and hedge products including implementations, consulting and training. Mr. Thekkenmar's career at SS&C was highlighted by numerous strategic and team building initiatives that resulted in significantly increased global exposure, improved margins, product innovation and increased market share across several products. He has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Calicut and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
