Rule Financial adds James Tomkinson to OTC clearing and collateral management team
Rule Financial, the leading independent provider of advisory, business consulting, IT and software services to the investment banking community has announced that James Tomkinson has joined as a domain specialist in OTC clearing and collateral management.

James brings a wealth of experience in the development of collateral management solutions, having been part of the team that developed the first European triparty repo product at Clearstream International. In his new position, Tomkinson will play a key role in consulting and servicing clients in need of optimising collateral as a result of Basel III, Dodd-Frank and EMIR OTC reform and will report into head of domain group, Jim Warburton.
Tomkinson joins the company from Citi Group where he was VP, collateral management, global transaction services. Before joining Citi, James provided consultancy services at LCH.Clearnet and also held the position of director of repo products at Nomura International.
