"Gresham has identified a gap in the market, and with CTC, has developed a truly unique and innovative solution that addresses key areas of transaction reconciliation that the industry has to date found challenging to manage," explained Blythe. "Gresham's CTC solution is truly unique as it solves the issue that many institutions face in dealing with the backlog of on-boarding reconciliations, especially the real-time, intersystem, and more complex reconciliations. I am very pleased to join Gresham at this moment in time as their CTC operations expand and firmly believe that the opportunity to make a difference to the reconciliation market is here."

Bill has more than 18 years of experience in the financial technology sector. Previously at SmartStream Technologies where he held the role of Managing Director for North America and the UK, based out of New York, Bill was in charge of business strategy and sales management. Under his supervision the North American business grew by more than 400% in two years.

"Bill brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge to this position, especially in the reconciliations and operational efficiency space - an area where we are already seeing significant growth. With our unique and innovative CTC technology Bill has the opportunity to play a pivotal role in further developing our relationships with new and existing clients and we are excited to welcome him on board," said Chris Errington, CEO of Gresham Computing.

Prior to working for SmartStream Technologies, Bill held management positions at Singularity, Mercator Software (formally Braid) and Misys.
