The new office is led by Michael Pugliese, Capco partner and region leader, along with Capco partner TJ Campbell, who heads the Emerging Clients initiative for Capco North America. As members of Capco's North American Management Team, they are responsible for providing support and value to clients across North America, and report to Ismail Amla, Capco CEO for North America.

"We see tremendous opportunity for the North American business, and are excited about the prospect to further penetrate the market," said Pugliese. "The opening of the Chicago office marks the continued execution of Capco's North American growth strategy, as we further drive our business and support our client's needs."

Located in the heart of Chicago's financial district, 190 South LaSalle Street, the office serves as a hub for Capco's North American practice, allowing a permanent physical presence in the Midwest region. As well, its close proximity to major cities enables consultants to reach clients located throughout the U.S. in a more efficient manner.

Additionally, the Chicago office serves as the headquarters for Capco partners Jaime Garza, Nick Hufford and Madhav Goparaju, all of whom cover the full breadth of Capco's consulting capabilities in the financial services industry.

"Our presence in Chicago enables us to better serve our clients that have significant operations in the region," said Campbell. "The increased visibility to our clients there allows us to experience their challenges first hand, and we are able to proactively understand and address their needs."
