In particular, the Global Product Team has been significantly reinforced both in France and in the UK with key individuals bringing significant and diverse experience in core development areas.

For example, Oliver Bradford was a team leader and product manager in QAS, a UK-based address management and data integrity services provider. Bradford joins Etrali as a Software Product Manager to work with both the internal Etrali research and development teams as well as the research and development department of France Telecom and to further drive the development of interconnected systems management tools and integration of telephony with computers.

"Etrali is producing a number of innovative new products which are making it stand out from the rest of the market," says Bradford. "Mach 3D's ability to support either Time Division Multiplexing or Internet Protocol environments has massive potential benefits for our customers and they are responding to these advantages."

Tony Moulange has spent more than two decades working at top tier financial institutions globally, and has also chaired both the UK and European Information Providers User Groups (IPUG). He joins from ePulse, where he was a consultant developing secure over-the-counter trading systems, as well as running the entire dealing room support function for the BP Oil voice data applications and systems.

Moulange joins Etrali as Technical Partnerships Manager. "In this new role, I will be able to apply my experience of interacting with third parties to ensure that our customers benefit from the most up-to-date technologies from across the market."

Yaniv Epshtein brings a wealth of experience of selling emerging technologies through channels acquired at BATM (Telco Systems) as the North Managing Director; and with other companies such as Lucent and Vocaltec, a VoIP pioneer.

In his new role as the London-based Head of Channels he is in charge of all of Etrali's channels, distribution and relationship partners.

Meanwhile, in Paris, Lila Benhammou has worked in a variety of European telecoms companies including Belgacom, France Telecom and Equant where she was a consultant and Customer Service Manager.

Benhammou has joined Etrali as Connectivity Product Manager. In her new role she will be responsible for restructuring the existing connectivity offering and services, particularly in the development of Etrali's Enterprise Trading platform (that will operate over a TDM or an IP network).

The growth of the teams in London and Paris is part of Etrali's strategy to support its presence globally.

Says Marie Anguera, head of global products, "We will continue to build on our reputation for leading edge, dependable and flexible systems for our clients across the globe. The strengthening of our teams is part of a wider strategy to bolster our presence in London and highlights the importance Etrali places on international growth."
