FIS (NYSE:FIS), the world's largest provider of banking and payments technology, today announced that Greg Montana has been named Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
Upon assuming this executive-level position, which reports directly to FIS Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Frank Martire, Montana will lead the strategic development and execution of FIS' enterprise-wide risk program.
A seasoned risk management professional, Montana joins FIS after serving as senior vice president and senior operational risk executive for Bank of America. Prior to joining Bank of America, Montana held the positions of senior director, global risk operations at PayPal, Inc. and director, operational, credit and compliance risk for Lloyds Banking Group, PLC.
