Euroclear SA/NV announces today that John Trundle will become Managing Director and head of Risk Management for the Euroclear group, effective 6 June.
Mr Trundle, who joins Euroclear from the Bank of England, will become a member of the Euroclear Group Management Team.
Currently head of the Business Continuity Division at the Bank of England, Mr Trundle began his career with the central bank in 1979. He has held several different positions within the Bank, most recently serving as head of the Market Infrastructure Division from 1996 to 2003, before taking on his current role.
Peter Sucaet, Managing Director, who is currently head of Risk Management at Euroclear will become head of Audit, replacing Paul Taylor, Managing Director, who will become head of Banking at Euroclear Bank. Paul Taylor will replace Michael Taylor, Managing Director, who after successfully completing his assignment in this role, has decided to return to London to pursue other interests outside the Euroclear group.
