Rivet Software, the premier provider of standards-based business reporting and analytics software, announced today the appointment of Jennie Hoff as the company's Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Hoff will oversee the daily operations of Rivet Software.

In addition, she will lead Rivet's software development initiatives to meet the changing needs of both public and private companies. Hoff will join the executive team to continue providing software solutions that empower organizations to gain control over their disclosure and financial reporting processes.

"We are very excited to have someone with Jennie's proven leadership skills join our organization as we narrow our focus to delivering the best in class disclosure management and financial reporting software to our clients," said Mike Rohan, Rivet's CEO and Co-founder. "Jennie is a software industry veteran and we look forward to having her on the Rivet team."

Hoff is a recognized leader within the software industry. Prior to joining Rivet Software, Hoff was President of the Compliance Technology Division of American Innovations, a leading provider in cathodic protection, integrity management, and remote monitoring software and services for the oil and gas industry. Before joining American Innovations, Hoff was Chief Operating Officer at Troux Technologies, a leader in Business Technology Management and Enterprise Architecture software. While at Troux, she managed all operations, software development of all products, and oversaw the Professional Services organization responsible for custom R&D, implementation, deployment, and full delivery and support. Hoff also served as VP of Engineering and Technical Services at Troux, as well as VP of Engineering for QuickArrow, an early SaaS player, and Topaz Technologies. Hoff graduated from the University of Houston summa cum laude with a degree in management information systems.

"The Crossfire platform is already the most tested and used XBRL filing solution in the industry," said Hoff. "I foresee a dynamic future for Rivet. I look forward to helping our clients increase overall productivity beyond the SEC mandate, and simplifying their reporting process, ultimately making their lives easier."
