Egg appoints Philip Broadley non-executive director
Egg plc ('Egg') is pleased to confirm the appointment of Philip Broadley to the Egg plc board as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.

Philip Broadley is Group Finance Director of Prudential plc, a position which he has held since May 2000. Prior to this, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen where he had been Chief Operating Officer of the UK Financial Services Industry assurance practice with responsibility for audit and risk consulting services to the firm's insurance and banking clients.
Egg's Chairman Roberto Mendoza commented: "We are delighted to welcome Philip to the Egg Board. Philip has wide-ranging experience with some of Europe's leading financial institutions and with his significant expertise in regulatory issues he will be a valuable addition to the Board."
In addition, Egg today also announces that Sue Windridge has been appointed as Company Secretary with immediate effect. Sue has been with Egg for 4 years and prior to this appointment was Egg's Deputy Company Secretary.
