Temenos (SIX: TEMN), the market leading provider of banking software, today announced that Guy Dubois has joined the company as chief executive officer (CEO), succeeding Andreas Andreades, who becomes chairman. Guy has also been elected as member of Temenos Board of Directors.
Guy has more than 30 years' leadership experience in the software industry, including PeopleSoft, where he led strategy, business development and execution for all company activities outside North America, and Amdocs where he was the executive vice president and president of its global business division. Most recently, Guy was CEO of hub-based mobile communications solutions provider MACH Group.
