ITRS Group plc, the leading global provider of predictive, real-time monitoring and proactive application performance management products to the world's financial community, announced today the appointment of Jim Kern as managing director of ITRS Americas.
Jim Kern has over 25 years' experience in the financial services and software industry in the Americas, ranging from core transaction processing through card services to trading floor technology. This has been gained in a number of senior executive positions at firms including BT Global Services, where he was vice president & general manager Americas and, most recently, as president of OneBridge, Inc.
