Accourt Limited, a leading provider of consultancy services to the European financial services industry, announced today that Jim Wadsworth and Tom Myles have recently joined the company.

Jim Wadsworth has many years of experience in the payments sector, with a reputation for driving innovation and successful delivery in a range of new product areas and markets. At Vodafone he focused on the fast-growing field of mobile payments, including a period seconded as the Chief Marketing Officer of Simpay, the online payments business founded by several of Europe's largest mobile operators. At J.P. Morgan he led the team which created and launched a range of pan-European commercial card products, which enabled the bank swiftly to gain recognition as one of the few credible providers for multinational corporates. Prior to joining Accourt he led all aspects of Barclaycard's recent entry into the commercial prepaid card market. He is also a former director of the Prepaid International Forum.

Commenting on his new role, Jim said: "I am delighted to be joining the Accourt team. I am looking forward to leveraging my experience and knowledge to add value to Accourt's clients and to help to continue to build the Accourt business."

Tom Myles has a background in managing successful development and operational IT programmes, particularly in the payments arena. After managing key service delivery functions at Lloyds TSB he joined Retail Decisions (ReD) in 2006. As Head of Service Delivery he was responsible for both the operation and enhancement of its payments platform, providing a combination of full and specialist payment capabilities to global clients such as Singapore Airlines and Travelex. His experience includes delivering innovative solutions in areas such as prepaid gift cards and both card present and not present processing, ensuring the widest acceptance within strict fraud prevention parameters.

Tom commented: "I am very excited to be joining Accourt. My eccourt. My experience with leading fraud prevention and payment processing companies places me at the forefront of effective risk management solutions for payments, and I look forward to delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients."
