SS&C makes management changes

SS&C Technologies (Nasdaq:SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced the following management changes, effective immediately.

David N. Reid will become Senior Vice President and Managing Director of International based in London. Mr. Reid has been with SS&C since 2005 as Managing Director of SS&C Fund Services in Windsor, Connecticut. Prior to SS&C, Mr. Reid served in a Vice President role with BNY Mellon and Conning Asset Management where he was responsible for building the investment accounting outsourcing business. Earlier in his career Mr. Reid was with SS&C where he was one of the original developers of SS&C's CAMRA System.

Rahul Kanwar will assume overall responsibilities for SS&C Fund Services as Senior Vice President and Managing Director. Mr. Kanwar, located at SS&C's office in New York City, has been with SS&C since the acquisition of Eisnerfast LLC in March of 2005. Mr. Kanwar has been instrumental in the acquisitions of Northport, LLC, TheNextRound, Inc., and Geller Investment Partnership Services (GIPS). Prior to this, Mr. Kanwar worked at Eisner LLP as the Managing Director of Eisnerfast LLC and previously as a Certified Public Accountant in their financial services audit practice.

Dave's appointment, along with the recent appointment of Phil Banas in Sydney, begins to add the necessary management depth to build our business throughout Europe and Asia Pacific," said Bill Stone, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, SS&C Technologies. "We are confident Rahul has the skills and abilities to continue growing our Fund Services business."

Mr. Reid's direct reports include Andrew Sexton, Managing Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa, Tee Arasoo, Managing Director of Malaysia, and Phil Banas, Managing Director of Australia. Mr. Kanwar will have Stan Szczepanik in Windsor Connecticut, Henry Toy in Mississauga, Canada, Jay Maher in Cranford New Jersey, and Renee Mooney, Fred Jacobs and Phil Ratner in New York City reporting to him.
