SIX Telekurs hires Andreas Steiner to lead Austrian branch

Andreas Steiner (34) took over as head of the Austrian branch of SIX Telekurs in Vienna on January 1, 2011. He succeeds Josef Krall (59), who retired from the post after almost 11 years.

Andreas Steiner worked for Reuters as of 2002, most recently in the capacity of Lead Account Manager for Austria and Eastern Europe. His task for the future is to further consolidate the positioning of SIX Telekurs as a financial data supplier in the Austrian market. He will be able to draw on his extensive experience and market contacts. Andreas Steiner reports to Michael Frank, Managing Director of SIX Telekurs Deutschland GmbH. The activities on the Austrian market also fall under the responsibility of this SIX Telekurs' German subsidiary.
