ConvergEx Group, a leading technology company, today announced that Adam C. Esposito has joined the firm's Global Transition Management team in New York.
In his role, Mr. Esposito works with new and existing clients to develop customized strategies to implement cost-effective portfolio restructurings. He reports to Kal Bassily, CFA, managing director and head of Global Transition Management.
Prior to joining ConvergEx, Mr. Esposito spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently in the firm's Transition Management and Pension groups.
